Enable Classes Field For Menu Items

WordPress is provided with a CSS class option for each of the menu item, sometimes by default this field will be turned hidden. We can activate the CSS class field by following the below steps.

Step 1) Goto Appearance>Menu, in the menu page on the to right corner you will find “Screen Options”, click that.

Step 2) Click the “CSS Classes” checkbox in the popup panel of “Screen Options”

Step 3) Now when you check the Menu item option tab you will find the CSS class box enabled for all the menu item elements. This field can be used for Custom CSS to be applied over the menu items.
