The Evont theme is provided with a widget panels added by the theme, the site administrator can easily add widgets to those created widget segment panels and easily reorder widgets by simple drag and drop options.
Goto Appearance >Widget now you will find four widget panels available registered with the theme as shown. In the front -end you will find the widget section initially empty.

Now you can easily add widgets to the panel by drag and drop from the list of widgets available panel on left into the widget section on right.
