The Rebuild theme is provided with a menu item settings option to enable mega menu based output appearance.To set this goto Appearance>Menu page, select the menu item for which you wanted its submenu to be displayed as a Mega Menu.

Click the option named Break Columns to yes and save your menu you will find the menu displaying on different columns based on your settings as shown below.
