The Rebuild theme is provided with theme option setting for enabling or disabling the responsiveness feature of the theme for mobile. Goto Appearance>Theme Options page now you will find the General Options tab.
In this tab you can find the setting option to enable the responsiveness behaviour provided as a checkbox under Responsive, by enabling /disabling the checkbox we can control the responsive behaviour of the site.
