The Rebuild theme is provided with a theme option setting to enable the comments display on the pages. We can set this particular option by going into Appearance >Theme Options and in the Theme options page go into the Blog options tab you will option to enable Comments as “Enable Comments” with a checkbox, by selecting the checkbox we can display the comments section on blog pages.
