Add the Alert add on from visual composer on to your page and Alert add on has the following settings

Choose the Notification Symbol
Theme offers Danger, Success, Info and Warning symbols to choose from.
Message And Buttons
Notifications allow to enter text and also text for buttons. We can choose if we need one button or two buttons on the Notifications
